uart cummumication help please - GSM-Forum

I just bought a brand new bst smart tool from amazon. Everytime I try to connect the UART to the phone it can not commumication. it keep on showing can't connect to device, please check the cable connection communication failed. am not sure is it because all the samsung phone i have is on android lollipop. we also try the Resistor: R104(100K) and still N/G. please let me know how to fix this issues.

make a dial on phone *#0# on phone or leave cable uart on the phone reboot phone dont touch phone or u can use uart command or put a tape on battery

use ur mind boss or u can contact me on skype boss no problem i can help you or go to buy cable uart chimera tools and then i sent command for you
