is it possible for the best team to make some sort of virtual dongle as i would like to flash phones on the go with my windows tablet it has the capabilities but inserting a dongle makes it hard for flashing as it cannot handle 2 usb ports easily

You can insert bst dongle to your windows tablet and then flashing phone, when you flashing start then disconnect bst dongle. flashing operation will no have problem.

thank you i've done that
but the problem gets when doing more things then just flashing like editing pm each time the dongle gets disconnected the program needs to be restated (and in my case the key in device manager)

I think you need 2 of bst dongle for run both computer well.
