Flash and reset have not worked for me

Hello...
Your phone is in factory Mode. Go on service Tab and click Exit FCT Mode

Click wr default efs on service tab, this operation not change imei on 8262 model.

Type this code:-*#87976633# on phone.or 'repair Debug info' with spt box.....or Disable Test Mode with z3x box.

1.root phone
2.install root explorer
3.go to system>efs folder>factory app>factorymode
4.with text editor change from off to on and save
