i been have the BST for like tow month now .
and i never used it , i do everything right " i think "
and still haven unlouck or even hard reset any phone using the dungel ..

i was trying to unlock i337 right now and i did everything right but i keep getting this all the time :

use the UART adapter with rj r523.

did you flash any custom rom on that phone,maybe could that be reason for your problem

I had this problem setting the phone as QCDI mode and only solved it by flashing older firmware... it was on a n7105 note 2 lte, diferent phone but i think it may be same problem.

Get and flash unbranded older version for that set and try again. Don't need to be a older android type like from 4.3 to 4.2.2..

If phone it on 4.3, get an older 4.3 version, no branded like t-mo, vodafone, etc. and give it a try.
