JUST UNINSTALL ALL PRIVIOUS DRIVER OF SPD AND MTK FROM UR SYSTEM AND REBOOT

FRESH STARTUP INSTALL THIS DRIVER WITH ADMIN RIGHT

ALL PROBLEM SOLVED AFTER THIS
