Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to unlock a Samsung S7 Edge from T-Mobile that'ts in this condition:

This is from https://www.t-mobile.com/verifyIMEI.aspx

"This device has an outstanding balance that must be paid or it may not be able to be used on T-Mobile network"
