premium Sprint Unlock service Not Unlock

I,m a customer with ifoneunlock since more than 3 years

Last time I used the sprint Premium service to unlock Sprint phones, As everyone know the Sprint premium service is permanent unlock not like WW service which may be re-lock

But I faced 3 IMEI re-lock for this service (may be n the future I will face a lot) because I unlocked many IMEIs with this service

I contacted ifoneunlock and asked them to check why the 3 IMEI re-locked he said I should provide GSX report to check.

I gave him GSX reports for 3 IMEIs (which I m sure he is used WW service to unlock them) he said 2 IMEI are new and will unlock again and the other one is old has 7 months.

After that he refused to unlock this IMEI and said the warranty period for unlock is only 3 months! he send me a link in his website FAQ said the warranty period is only 3 months

I Recommend all peoples to don't use this guy service because may be re-lock and this guy not reasonable about the re-lock issue which will lose your money in the future if re-locked.

• Roger Canada , Bell Canada , Telus Canada , Vodafone Uk , Orange / T-mobile / Ee Uk service also in past Re-locked.
• So That Reason We Make Time limit Of Unlock Warranty In Past.

• Reason Of Made Rule - After Settle Account With Source / Supplier Or Here Service Shut Down Of Any Reason .

• So We Cant Trace Source After Some Time. Even It,s 1 Month Or 2 Month No Matter .

You Hide something to the customers and the warranty period you talk about (3 months )must be written in each order not in FAQ

As a customer I m not free to read your FAQ,s from time to time which you change it

The mentioned dated in the ticket was written by mistake the correct dated is placed for SPRINT premium in 16.10.2016 and both marked as unlocked in 20.10.2016

Your are using WW service in some cases that is why you are afraid and cant offer permanent warranty like other suppliers

that imei by source reply wrong sucess after get from you complaint
we send for verify and he fix this imei .
and we not use ww service for any official unlocking




we not apple so we not sure what in future so we not offer life time warranty.
and we don't know how other work.

The issue with IMEI 353314078773379 which unlocked in 23.4.2016 but my customer is erasing the data of the phone in 20.11.2016 and found the phone is re-locked.

You waist my time till 03.12.2016 and some time you said it will be unlocked fainly you said it is out of warranty. you can go back and view the complete ticket in details ( ticket number 16227)

Now no help needed from your side as I already placed unlock service for this imei via other supplier
