So you are counting days from the time you start processing it, basically you can start processing 2 or even 10 days after submission of IMEI so in total it will be 7 or 15 days for example, this is just not right.
My customers submitted their IMEIs on 28th, so was I to your service and they expect to be done up to 5 working days as advertised. So they are messaging me asking what is wrong and then I need to deal with angry customers handling refunds, losing time and money, hope you understand...

You should specify your service time frame more accurately and mention that you start counting days not when we submit order/IMEI but when you start processing, this is huge difference because you can start processing when ever you want basically.

I tried and testing your service to see if I will go with you on big scale, sorry but so far I'm not impressed, but will wait till next Monday and conclude if will I continue to use your service going big scale with few of my stores/websites.
