I have Two metropcs phone, converted to cricket, unlock done chimera, but just one with signal, the other ask for code unlock

i have a htc desire 626s from claro colombia model opm9110 when i connect to the pc chimera tool says only development support, no other function, please what im doing wrong or this model is not supported?

chimera tool public beta works perfect, i connect the htc to the pc inmediately and all options appear, the process takes 5 minutes, thanks chimera team, good work

Waiting for ADB device

Initializing recovery mode
Recovery mode detected, preparing phone, do not touch the phone.

Gathering phone informations

Communicating with Chimera server

Preparing the phone for the procedure

Calculating encrypted datas

Rebooting in recovery mode
1.) Please switch to DOWNLOAD mode by pressing the VOLUME UP and POWER buttons until the screen will be blank
2.) Then quickly release them and press VOLUME DOWN until the DOWNLOAD menu comes on.
3.) Please select BOOTLOADER option, then boot into RECOVERY mode.

Cleaning up

Checking
Current security flag: 3
Failed to set security flag!
