Dear pastorsam,

Could you write more details, please? Have you only reset LCD? What was the problem with it before? Because we can only see that is was finished. Why did software change crash? What happened after fix error?

KUDOS TO Chimera Team,

The said blackberry 9630 screen was broken and was replaced but the display images were very big than normal.
Therefore, l used lcd reset function on the chimera tool,and the whole screen was completely blank.
lm in a seriuos mess; l NEED HELP !!!!!!!

Dear pastorsam,

We don't really understand what the problem could be as we also tried this process before with the same conditions and it worked...

There might be an other damage that cause this problem.

Please refresh chimera software (as there's a new update) and try software change again, you'll succeed.

Hi, after use reset LCD screen, please flash it with lastest version of BBOS for BB9360, if problem persist please check hardware components on PCB, then test again phone!!!
