I Found the problem , in the list its showing 708/002 and the correct its 708-020. may be possible fix that problem?

You are correct, 020 is missing MNC for honduras in list. Another list of mcc/mnc from google can be found here.
Understand it is difficult to have and maintain a complete list of all carriers. New carriers come up, and there is no official complete list anywhere. For this, the user can help request add unsupported carrier.
