After I attempted Re Lock and it failed, I reset phone and tried to relock again its asking for more credits.

Im speaking with them on Skype, has to be a s/w issue. I was charged 3 times for the same phone.

Hi,

now we refunded the credits for the device (actually we deduced only once the credits for that device).
Could you write me some more info about the actual state of the device?
Get you any error message?
