Dear user!
You could upload the logo of the operation which gives mistake when you perform the unlocking operation.
This will help to support chimera to help you.

You can try doing the following:
1- Enable debug mode, then * # 0808 # and select DM + Modem + ADB
2- Connect the phone to the PC, and wait for install all drivers.
3- Finally read information, and directly "unlock"
4- Wait a second, manually restart the phone
Please upload the result of the operation.

Once finished flashing, remove the battery and you do a hard reset

the error comes from the phone's hardware settings, that is why the phone unable to unlock.
