A600N U3 KG State prenormal OEM Off Frp Off NEED HELP

Hello every one
i have samsung A600N U3. 9.0
problem is need to fix network by root, but can't root phone due to KG state is prenormal. OEM is Off . Frp is Off.
i try every thing but no luck then i update phone to OS10.
and after reset phone by samsung account for kg state. but still after erase by find my mobile still no luck. phone is in same
KG State Prenormal
OEM Off
FRP Off
please share any solution to solve out this problem.

1.make format for device
2.connect wifi until you see oem option {enable it}
3.write 00000000000 imei
4.go to update and search for update{wait 5 min}
5.write the orgainl imei
6.go to update and search for update{wait 5 min}
7.reboot the device
8.check rmm from download mode
all done
note: Maybe after reboot you will see rmm again so repart the step3 again

not work for me, try every thing but no luck
