A605g imei cert fail


Hello everyone today one of my customer bring me A6+ phone having network problem i checked the phone imei its okay have same number with the back cover that mean the phone have its original imei... Of course the phone have not yet got solution for imei repair but when i check the cert status it says failed how could that happen? I tried write full stock firmware also trying calibrate modem using network repair procedure but no luck the phone say's emergency call only. Please anyone have solution for this please help me

Hi,


did you checked the imei is clear? It is worth to check it with our blacklist check option. Many case the imei blocked by police/network provider etc when you get emergency call only message.

I didn't checked it but what about cert status failed if it was blacklist problem the phone only say emergency call but not have to say imei certi failed when i check the status through *#0011#.. Am i right?

No i didn't use any cert file the phone have it's orginal imei the one which is printed in the back cover.. bro if you have cert file share with me

I just only did network repair procedure there is nothing i can do repairing imei and patch cert not support yet for this model and i just asking what to do .. here is the network repair procedure id 91745644

Hi,


when I see the imei of the device is clear, so the problem comes from other side.
Unfortunately we can not offer solution for that device, because the imei repair and patch cert processes are not supported on the device actually.
At the moment I have not any idea what can be the exact issue with the device.
