We sent newsletter, added description here in a forum section and on our website too about the activation. It is not our fault when somebody did not activate the coupon. We already wrote everywhere the expiry date of the coupon will be 01.05.2020, after that date it is unable to activate. So when you did not read the full description or did not activate coupon it is not our fault. We can not extend or activate after the expiry date coupon. Best regards Nicole |
