its take cridets and failed to remove protiction
what i can do now ???

Blackberry blend installed on your computer? It is worth to install blackberry blend on the computer.
Before you start the process again please shut down every running background tools and software's. Then start it.

thanks for replying me with solution ,but now what about my 95 cridets that token

Removed-95 CRD154 CRDOct 26, 2017Credit cost of #28390628 job.

when i try again it will take another cridets ?
or u will refund this cridets ?

We deduce only 1x the credits or the same device.

i uninstalled all blackberry desktop manager and link
and i try again to use Chimera to remove protection
and i had same problem and lost another 95 credits
where’s my wrong

3rd try and also failed
please refund my credits and help me
i think not drivers problem (i just reinstalled blackberry blend)
usb connected directly and i used original cable
no other software running when i do this job

i need help Chimera team
