Member: 2669781 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,839 | I had the same exact issue lately with the beta GUI when servicing blackberries, what I did was manaually uninstalled the drivers from device manager while the B.B. phone is hooked up, then opened chimera and manually uninstalled the drivers, os 7 and 10. Subsequently, I reinstalled the drivers, everything went fine Good luck |

Member: 390521 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 57 | Well.the phone is detected up to the level of choosing the servicing option...if it flash, i can not proceed to where i can choose the (phone version flash file) to use. its stuck there for ever ....so annoying..will be so glad if you sorted it out... my customers have been very patient |

Member: 390521 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 57 | This problem has come up after current "new versions of chimera" it seems from b'berry,samsung, huawei.htc....etc you must install drivers after every new connection( waitingn for drivers to be installed) and they take for ever to installl.....its a DRIVER bug on software side that need to be resolved... |
