beta blackberry


when im on beta my dell core i7 7th gen wouldnt work on blackberries, on my windows 7 it works. when i use the stable version it works on both PCs

I had the same exact issue lately with the beta GUI when servicing blackberries, what I did was manaually uninstalled the drivers from device manager while the B.B. phone is hooked up, then opened chimera and manually uninstalled the drivers, os 7 and 10. Subsequently, I reinstalled the drivers, everything went fine

I have z10,classic and Z3 with me.they are detected well up to servicing menu of the software but cant proceed from there.

Well.the phone is detected up to the level of choosing the servicing option...if it flash, i can not proceed to where i can choose the (phone version flash file) to use. its stuck there for ever ....so annoying..will be so glad if you sorted it out... my customers have been very patient

This problem has come up after current "new versions of chimera" it seems from b'berry,samsung, huawei.htc....etc you must install drivers after every new connection( waitingn for drivers to be installed) and they take for ever to installl.....its a DRIVER bug on software side that need to be resolved...
