I have two blackberry phone q10 and z10 need unlock this two set.When click direct unlock file downloading but last time error downloading.same condition two phone pls help me.Already two days.amother problem You have a licence, but a different computer is attached to it. You can change your currently attached computer here.

Downloading Blackberry unlock files

Some of our users do not have high bandwidth internet access, so the BlackBerry OS10 unlock procedure requires a lot of time. We advise these users to pre-download the required files, and then transfer them into a predetermined folder structure. After that, the unlock procedure will take only a few minutes.
