this phone power up while loading and finish its not start up and automatic the phone itself restart again, please i need help how to i solve this

i NUKE the phone still not solve yet, when i press volume up the light indicate green light when press volume down give red light

finally restart phone and i can continue on the setup but when phone sleep or screen light turn off i can't press any key to back inside all i do just press the power until the restart again will make a little rest and post again

the status of the phone was power up and loading once loading bar done then its restart again, and after flash i can go thought inside and use the phone after a few second the phone back to before status when i press volume like i post before the process its goes well and normal but after its back to before.

i will try to flash with another file and update the result

after flash i think a little bit change now with the phone but the phone have problems with battery a little bit low still try to charging.
