Blocked account


I have a chimera dongle authenticator yesterday with the new update does not open the program is loading
It does not let me open the session with which I had linked the dongle I get blocked account
I do not use remote with chimney
Also change the internet
also of computer
uninstall driver and install and stay the same I need help.

help me dr I do not use remote
Dear I do not use remote nose if maybe it was the antivirus or something, but I do not use remote and if so
there should be some history ... but it is not like that
check because I page 200 for the tool and the use is in my 4 pcs that I have in the same area never remotely ... I do not see well what they do if this is how they file my refund because I have not breached anything ...
I need a quick response because I'm losing money I have a dongle bone authenticator
