Chimera Tool Root/Unroot T837V/N960W

Hello All,

Chimera Tool features show it supports rooting/unrooting the SM-T837V (Verizon Galaxy Tab S4) and SM-N960W (Canadian Samsung Galaxy Note 9) but whenever I try it says "unable to root" and gives a link to cheap root tools such as Kingo root which none of them work.

Am I missing something here? Or are these "supported" features not accurately listed?

in some special cases the root can not be done on some devices. In this case we offer special root software automatically.

Thats not the point, it doesnt work on ANY USA or Canadian variants (of note 9 and tab s4) on ANY firmware as well as the cheap Chinese bloatware rooting tools you recommend ALSO DO NOT WORK.

Therefore it shouldnt be listed as a supported feature on your website and in the software. This is false advertisement. I spent 70$ on a Samsung license and tried multiple ways on multiple firmwares on both devices for a week now and it simply DOES NOT WORK.
