When I see the problem comes from the uart cable. Changed you the cable from us to uart when the software asked it?

You have these options for this model:

MSL Unlock
Read Cert
Reboot
Restore / Store backup
Root / Unroot

Paid features
Read Codes Online 109 CRD / phone

To unlock this model you have two options:
1. Reading of codes
2. By MSL code
To unlock by msl code you need to first buy the code. Chimera Tool does not sell these codes but can be purchased on several websites.
For this operation, you will need the UART cable. You have it?
