Credits taken without the operation being completed

Hi

I just downloaded the BIG Mega files , and extracted it to my Pack14 Folder (furious)
I loaded the software, conencted the phone and tried to unlock a z10.

software sent loader, etc, and started to download other required files (modem files?)
it didnt complete the downloading because of network error, but it took off 65 of my 100 credits and is not giving it back to me, so because I had only 100 credits, now I cant unlock the phone...

is there a way to recover my credits?

my furious box id is: 768c561d

the 65 credits refunded to your account automatically, please check it.
When I saw something was wrong witht the connection under the process, please try to unlock it again.
We will deduce 65 credits for the os10 unloc processes, because it is one of our not free, extended function.

Yes, I know it costs 65 credits, no problem, but your siftware should handle the credits carefully, is not fair to lose credits and wait houtrs to get it back, I will try to unlock the phone again.

please consider remembering there are slow internet customers...

I have a very slow connection at work and am having problems to download the rest of needed files (model unlock, etc) is there a way I could get the download links and download it manually ?

Just like I did for the BIG files?
there is cybercafe close to me whare I can download at decent speed, but cant connect phones/dongles or install drivers, etc.

Hi,

If you click on Direct Unlock and procedure gets started, you can click on the downloadable files, which will redirect you to the website.
What you can do is for example to copy the download link, paste it on the computer with faster internet, and when download has been finished, take the files back to your shop PC.

If you have the required files on your PC downloaded, please send me Teamviewer ID and Pass in Private message to check out what's wrong.
In my opinion the files are not in their right place.

You just need to click on the link what ChimeraTool gives you when Direct Unlock get started. If you click on that it redirects you to Mega download site and you can download the file manually.

credits taken again, software got stuck on downloading without actually downloading anything, I Cancelled the operation and credits did not came back, now gotta wait another 24 houts to try again...

are th emodem files downlaoding from blackberry.com servers? because I noticed I can only access that download when I use a VPN...

because cuba is embargoied, we have no access to blackberry domains directly...

Hi,

If you get stucked with the smaller files downloading, please pause it at ChimeraTool downloads tab, wait 10 seconds than click on continue, we don't have any direct links for that file unfortunately, so this is the only way how you can have it.

No need to download again, if you wish to unlock the same model, it needs to be downloaded only once.

the file is down
and the process started, it flashed something to the phone and asked to plug battery and reconnect usb when chimera logo appears.

I plug the battery (4V charged) and the blackberry logo appears, then appears a Red Battery with en exclamation symbol, thats all and the phone power off...

it is the same battery the phone ever used and it was just turned ON before I started the unlock process.
what is wrong ?
