Dead 935f


Hi
Customer brought in this recently purchased (not from me) G935f. She had tried to instal update on phone. Phone was DEAD, black screen and all buttons totally unresponsive. I left phone for a few hours then I fully charged to 100%. Phone then readily entered downoad mode. I then flashed with Chimera:
Finished at local time: [10.26.17 13:48:17]
WorkID: 28359748
The phone tried to restart but at the Samsung logo the phone crashed and now the phone is black screen and a blue light. Totaly unresponsive.
All I can do now is leave it to go flat and turn off, recharge and try again. I have done this routine twice now, always with the same result.
Any Ideas Please
