error process delete blackberry protect, blackberry passport, activate credits and started the process and until the ekipo comes out the chimera logo and I got a message that I will consume credits if I accept, and went wrong. It is not possible for me to consume credits and do not do the process if the support helps me speak to skupe they do not answer, I send them a private message either, to me the client is making me a problem, I want to make this equipment for that recharge, and turn on the passport sale logo of chimera.
