Hi,

the device's modem damaged, it is a reason why the process can not be done.
Try to ref lash with complete stock firmware, maybe it can solve the problem.

Hi,

it is an dual cert file and each cert added into 1 file. We have that file too, and we uploaded it for you in 2 difference file, please use them.

On the other hand, it is an j320f CERT, but your device is a320f. Please do check it again.

Best regards
Nicole

Dear User,

Please reinstall the chimera tool drivers firstly. Then try to do the process again. But make sure that you brick the device when the tool is asking you for it.

Best regards
