It downloads new firmware and updates phone so keep in mind guys it will erase all user data.....customers are really going hate that. When Chimera logo comes on to the Z30 it asks to un-plug cable and take out battery....how to do this with Z30 I ask? Anyway....I shut off phone manually and Chimera logo comes, I reconnect but nothing.....stuck at 43%.....now what? Credits are taken but not finished. How to get out of this Chimera logo and finish unlock? please help. |

Member: 12270 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 107 | I'm not negative...I have a busy shop and do not have time to do lengthy backup and restore for customers, normally I charge for this service, didn't know it was too much trouble to mention it deletes thats all I asked. Okay so now back to unlocking, I now tried a second Z30...again took credits. When I shut off phone and restart Chimera logo comes but when insert cable....nothing just stuck at 43%.....of course Chimera logo NOT be gone....your mistaken sir. I am first to unlock...so of course there may be bugs. Let me know as I do not cheat for 2 unlocks. I'm using XP btw.   What do to now? Last edited by hafftrak; 05-06-2015 at 04:17. |

Hello, be not worry, because we are counting the credits only after a successfully unlock. But now how to solve your problem? Download our driver pack from here: https://pics.chimeratool.com/drivers...ra_drivers.exe and then install in your case only the BlackBerry drivers. Before installing remove all of your BB phones. Then restart your machine and try the unlock again please, because it seems like you do not have the necessary drivers installed. Post me your result please. | |
