Dear bruno santana,

Please try factory unlock function without rooting the phone with MicroUart cable. Factory unlock is more safe than normal unlock.

Best Regards,
Chimera Team

Try with this:
Root Samsung Galaxy Ace NXT SM-G313H :

Step 1: Download the Root Genius program from here.
https://app.box.com/s/2lwiu1igkk4leptg8boi
Step 2: Right click on the program icon and select ‘Run as Administrator’ .
Step 3: Now connect your device via USB cable .
Root Genius will detect your device.
Step 4: Once your device gets detected,Click on ROOT IT .

Dear bruno santana,

Unfortunately IMEI Repair function needs the phone to be rooted.
If root can not be made, then really sorry but we don't have other solution.

Best Regards,
Chimera Team
