g530h duos absent imie

i liked your tool therefore i buy it.but i m little disappointed becoz i write crt file with z3x (micro usb cable) and file write ok. but with ur tool it need uart cable for writing.
secondly i come to point g530h have same imie and sims not worked but one network sim ("Zong") worked.and appear sume imie number.have you any solution.
