I have a problem, I payed 59 credits to read codes online for my G570M bit 6, but I still have "only emergency calls" display when I put my SIM card in, my Imei is reported tho I don't know if that's why it's happening

the unlock operation or read network code, has nothing to do with the imei report or that your imei is blacklisted ...
one thing is unlock and another thing is imei repair

The process is completed but the phone doesn't have signal yet, phone imei is reported and somebody told me that if that's the case reading codes online won't unlock the phone, if that's the case, do you guys have any kind of refund policy so I can get my credits back?

really sorry but the network unlock codes are calculated successfully and device can be unlocked with them.
Naturally when the imei blacklisted is an difference case, because the network unlock can not solve the blacklisted imei case.
Unfortunately for the successfully finished processes where we read each code refund can not be completed, because you are able to repair the imei later and you the codes.
