When the Imei is 350000000000006 you have to repair security and this problem does exist after writing a certificate to you after a while.

Solution:
1. Root the phone
2. Flash Modem with Odin
3. Repair security
4. Then write Certificate

When the security is damaged (Imei 350000000000006) there are manual methods to solve it.

If you do not have a certificate, you will have to repair the EFS folder.
Use a combination file of the same binary file that your computer currently has.
To repair corrupted IMEI (NULL or 000000) when not backed up, delete the EFS folder on the phone with EFS explorer APP, flash with the BINARY that corresponds to the model or is compatible, start the phone to rebuild the EFS folder, then flash again with a normal flash which is probably the latest version available and the device must be re-stocked with its original factory restored IMEI.

I've been able to repair it.

You need to repair security first. After that you can repair Imei.

Dear Sir!
Chimera does not repair the security but you could see it as an option in the features of supported models.
You could try the manual method that I uploaded to this post.
