To write cert need write combination firmware first and after root phone manualy, after write cert and after all write to phone new firmware atlest same like you got now.

The phone’s nvdata damaged and the phone’s EFS damaged too (Imei: 350000000000006), that is a reason why you got the mentioned error message.
Try to repair your phone’s EFS, without it you can not write cert file into the phone.

I'm glad you've been able to recover your phone.
Could you unlock the phone?
I think with the version G925TUVS4EPH2 is not possible yet but you have an opportunity of degrading G925TUVU4EPF1 and try.

Important: Do not try to degrade G925TUVU3EPD1 because not works because the baseband will be unknown and then restored to the original modem again.
This is what happened to you with another box?

i unlock phone again with chimera and flashed this firmware G925TUVS4EPH2_G925TTMB4EPH2_G925TUVS4EPH2_G925TUVS 4EPH2_TMB with chimera now phone working fine
