Still not supported the binary parch 3 android 8
You can repair Imei but you can not patch the modem and you can not have a signal.

You also have another problem:
Serial Number: RF8HB18EB3D
Imei: 000000000000000
When the Imei is in 35000000 that means that the EFS folder is corrupted and the security of the phone is damaged.
If either SW version is unknown, or HW Chip is unknown, or HW Modem is unknown - most likely phone's firmware firmware or
EFS is damaged, or you have written unsuitable firmware. Also, this can be HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmware one by one and check, if modem is correct (not Unknown).
If after writing of all firmwares, which you have, problem remains the same - most likely,
this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).
