g975u carrier relock failed bit 2


relock was done before but now customer may have updated device,so now device is not taking relock..

all s10, s10+ and s10e are facing same problem.. after update to 2BSIV relock is gone.

To fix this, flash any previus version, like 2ASGF and it will work again, but you need to disable updates to prevent device to update to 2BSIV again.... hope chimera team fix this soon, cuz in case a bit 3 update comes, we all be owned >_<

I never wanted customer lose his files so I never resorted to downgrading,but I may have to downgrade to save him...

how chavonbravo mentioned by an other post
"Need flash firmware with Security Patch before November 2019. The new security update blocks carrier relock. The bit revision has not incremented, so for now it works to flash October or earlier security patch firmwares."


We are working on it, I hope shortly we can add that new security. At the moment when we detected the latest security patch, the process button will be hidden in a software too.

Chimera does not charge for the re-processing of the same IMEI.

I just had to roll back a customer's firmware to an earlier date in order to perform the relock procedure. (At least the customer was understanding that he should not have accepted the update -- against our advice at the original servicing time.)

I used G973USQU2ASGC to roll back (downgrade) and it also worked for me.

i reflashed with 2ASF7 but still carrier locked,CHIMERA TEAM SAY NO CHARGE FOR RE UNLOCK BUT STILL CHARGE ME
