Thre procedure went through, but the phone is still locked. Still saying invalid sim card.
Any suggestions?

Hi, this is CDMA model, from sprint operator... only available for CDMA 4G/CDMA network...

I know it's a CDMA, but it also uses a sim card.
I just tried back and now I'm not seeing the unlock option.
