i have other problem after covert to dull sim card my phone always on pink screen many huawei functions not there and camera also not opening some time its open then plz wait then off or some time works i flash with new version with the same build but no luck plz help chimera team i never knew this will problem after dull sim card it was my 1st and last mistake to make dull sim job now customer not accepting the phone and phone worth is so much thanx really need help

Hi,

first of all please send us the work id of the dual sim convert process.
Which fimrware flashed you on the device? Did you checked the firmware belongs to dual sim device?
