Hi,

we checked the cases and the sw flash process successfully done in each case.

My developer colleague checked separately your works and he offered try to flash other firmware with other cust.

We tested lot of device previously and we did not get same issue, that is why not so easy to figure out what is a exact reason of the Bluetooth issue.
