"Add COM 1.0 Write Flash" --> Use the "Load Factory Fastboot" procedure, just click to the button.

After the phone will in Fastboot mode (authenticated) and you can use the fastboot methods, like write flash = Software Update

Or better (i think) if you use the Repair Recovery and after the USB Software Update function.

And khm.. Please read before write.. i asked before "What do you want to do with phone ?"

Only software repair ?

Which procedure did you used when received the error message?

Please I did “load factory fastboot” on huawei stk-lx1 but phone Went blank and not showing in pc too... please am worried I need help 😩
