Huweii Y3II (LUA-L02) cannot network unlock - SOLVED

Hi Chimera team,

The only option that I get is to FRP Unlock and not the network lock which is grey'd out. I have the unlimited licence for a year. Can someone let me know why I don't have the option to network unlock. Thanks again.

Dear Sir,

device switched in fastboot mode? FRP lock available when the device switched in fastboot mode, for the direct unlock function it must be connected normal mode.

Best regards
Nicole

Hi Nicole,

When I go to recovery mode and "reboot in boot loader" it takes me back to FASTBOOT mode... FRP Lock, it still doesn't give me the option to click on "Direct Unlock". Choosing either FASTBOOK or RECOVERY only takes be back to FASTBOOT FRP menu with no options. Thanks again for your help.
