e bought the authenticated chimera with all the modules the first days to work after formatting and use in 2 machines no longer works and says it has no active licenses and e-mail and I was not given a solution is useless the support I need a solution or to return my money

only what I do is get the error:

You don´t have licence for the selected procedure. Pleae buy a licence to proceed.

this error appeared to me before and once I could solve it now I can not and it only took weeks to have bought this
