Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,783 | reply Hi, On the device you need to start Network Factory Reset (Online) process, but it is available with older than 01.11.2019 firmware. Please install appropriate firmware version on your device and try again. Do not forget: when you install after the Network Factory Reset (Online) process new firmware, your device will be restored to the original state. Best regards Nicole Quote:
