j320fn wifi connection problem

i have a j320fn phone that had issue with wifi....if wifi is on then it shows all wifi devices but dont gets connected ...if i put password and click connect it refreshes but not get connect...password gets stored but not connect...i tried to flash with a firmware....it dint work so i tried to put in safe mode...in safe mode also same probblem....in safe mode enabled bluetooth out of 4 devices only shows 1 device...nor my other bluetooth device sees this devicedespite bein visible....please help...
