Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,754 | reply Dear Sir, we checked each started process on the device what you started. you started 15x the EFS unlock process, 14 failed with the same error, 1x it is crashed, and the imei was null at this point. Previously when I see the problem comes from modem side, it was the reason of the errors. When the imei damaged by the chimeratool software, please restore the EFS backup from the work 30154201 When the situation will be same the imei damaged previously by other way. Best regards Nicole |
