LG-K520 FRP and Firmware Update Error - GSM-Forum

Phone had FRP, tried to remove FRP (Job ID: 31130600) but software crashed and phone starts rebooting.

I had to do "Firmware Update" by using the phone's IMEI to download the firmware. First, I used the "Fix (Try to correct partition errors, lose Userdata)" option but I encountered an error (Job ID: 31139725):

Changing to download mode ...
Waiting for download mode serial port to appear...

Flashing firmware ...
USB Connection Established
An error occured during LG update: Error: 0x2000, K520DY10c_00_1123.kdz file does NOT support "REFURBISH" process.

Then I used the "Update (Minimum flash, keep Userdata if possible)" option, It flashed upto 74% and stopped (Job ID: 31884603):

Now the phone is stuck on download mode. I have tried to flash it several times but it always stop at 74% with the same error.

Please I need all the help I can get... the owner is on my neck.
