Please explain the problem. What is the original issue with the device? The IMEI is zero? Or you cannot connect to any network?
Also please run a GET INFO service on the device and send us the Work ID, so we can get more information about the problem.

hi.. the program do IMEI reparation and then when i want to verify the phone is again in the begining.. has the same imei. so, there is any step that im not doing well? thanks
