We contacted with our distributor and we are waiting for the feedback from the reseller who sold you the license about your case. At the moment we have only the follow information: You opened charge-back case after the purchase and it is a reason why your license inactive. Best regards Nicole |

At the moment when I know (from the distributor) your reseller reported: you opened charge-back case and it is a reason why he revoked the license. |
