Hi,

unfortunately we can not delete your computer ID, but you are able to change computer without any problem when you want.

I sent reply to your ticket 5 minutes ago. We contacted with our distributor and we are waiting for the feedback from the reseller who sold you the license about your case.

At the moment we have only the follow information: You opened charge-back case after the purchase and it is a reason why your license inactive.

Reseller revoked the license from your account, I'm waiting for the feedback about the reason. At the moment when I know (from the distributor) your reseller reported: you opened charge-back case and it is a reason why he revoked the license.

hola necesito ayuda instale el software en la pc de la casa de mi primo por un trabajo y ahora no me deja desactivar su sesion
dice que tengo que esperar 2 dias pero necesito trabajar en casa con el software
