Lumia 800 - Read NCK issue - GSM-Forum

I seem to be having issues connecting Lumia 800's to Chimera to read the NCK.

Chimera is recognising handsets but I am only getting options to;

Get info
Factory reset modem
Software change

Not Read NCK; It also states;
Your phone does not have our bootloader, please flash via TestPoint.

Can you please advise why no Read NCK option available..

I have never had to do this before and have successfully unlocked many Lumia 800's using your tool.

Please note that the link you provided for the instructions relates to the Lumia 510/610 not the Lumia 800.

I have had this issue before and raised it via this forum and it was resolved by one of your team within a very short period of time.

SOLVED - Removed original installation and downloaded and installed latest available and error no longer present..
