Dear Sir,

for the mentioned process you need have UART cable. When the software asked please replace the normal usb cable with uart cable.

Dear Sir,

how used you the uart cable?
Process started with normal usb cable, then you get pop up window with the message, replace the usb cable with uart cable and you changed it?
