need help urgent with J320FN

hi team the phone was in emergancy call only so tried to patch certificates with chimera tool and at end it gave error. after that the phone was in restart position and i tried to flash it with chimera but it always give this error or this stage plz need help urgently

1. First make a reading of your phone with chimera to show the status of the cell phone
2. Do a hard reset
3. Put the phone in download mode and using the s / n flash to your phone
4. If it fails again, then you need to flash with a firmware of 4 files.
5. When you can remove the customization from the system, then you can repair Imei and patch the certificate.

phone phone was in working conditon. only the problem was not registring the network so i tried to patch certificates
plz need link for 4 file firmware
